1 – Merchandise is valued in U.S. dollars.

2 – Merchandise is insured at selling price as shown
      on the Commercial Invoice.

3 – BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:

a)      VAT (Value Added Taxes) to the Country 
which the merchandise is being shipped 

b)       IMPORT DUTIES 

c)         PORT ENTRY FEES

d)         FREIGHT FORWARDER IMPORT FEES
